The agreement
These terms cover the outbound audit, the 90-day outbound engine, Kept running, and the dashboard. Your signed order form sets the scope, price and term; if the two ever disagree, the order form wins.
What we do
A 90-day engagement: we map your ICP and target accounts, set up sending infrastructure, build and enrich contact lists, write and run outbound campaigns, and sync replies into your CRM. Our goal is 2-4 warm leads in 90 days. It is a goal, not a guarantee of placements or revenue.
What you do
Give us access to the systems in scope, name one decision-maker who can approve copy and offers, and follow up on meetings we book within one business day. Tell us about anything regulated before we write about it. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your logins.
How AI is used
AI helps us research accounts, score leads and draft messages. Output can be wrong, so campaign copy is approved by you before it sends, and a human on our team reviews every new sequence. We will tell you in writing before we ever remove a review step.
You stay responsible for what goes out under your name.
Who owns what
Your data, your customers, your accounts: yours, always. Sending domains, contact lists, campaign copy and CRM data created for you belong to you. Our underlying methods, templates, prompt libraries and the dashboard itself: ours, licensed to you for the term.
Fees and payment
Audit fee is due at kickoff. Retainers bill monthly in advance, net 15. Late invoices accrue 1.5% monthly, and after 30 days we can pause campaigns. We will warn you twice first.
Cancel with 30 days' written notice. Work already delivered is not refundable; unused prepaid months are.
Uptime and support
The dashboard targets 99.5% monthly availability. Campaigns depend on your connected tools and data providers; when one is down we pause and retry, and you see it in the weekly report. Business-hours support, one business day first response, same-day for a stopped campaign.
Liability
The service comes as-is beyond what these terms promise. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything the law says cannot be limited.
Ending it
Either of us can end the agreement for a material breach the other has not fixed within 15 days of notice. On termination we hand over your campaigns, lists and exports, revoke our access to your systems, and delete your data on the schedule in the privacy policy.
